Our standard rental period is 3 days. Linens should be shipped back (or dropped off) on the first business day following your event. Need extra time? Just let us know to avoid extended rental fees.

Once you submit a quote request, we’ll confirm availability and send over a formal proposal. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your items, with the remaining balance due 10 days before your event.

No, just simply shake off any debris and return the linens in the original packaging. We take care of all the laundering and pressing, so you don’t have to.

We understand that accidents happen. If linens are returned with significant damage (stains, wax, burns, mildew) or are missing, a replacement fee will be charged. A detailed list of replacement costs is included in your rental agreement.
